This hotel is a true gem, with its unique ambiance and fascinating history. The art collection is simply incredible, adding character and warmth to the entire place. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing us with a free historical tour of the hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still within easy reach of the train station. And the rooms, with their tatami beds and full amenities, were cozy and comfortable. The included breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Gorgeous hotel, special atmosphere, favourable location in Tokyo city centre which I new. Spacious beds, baggage storage and a lounge in the room. Stunningly beautiful view especially at sunset. Location so close to Shinagawa Station, areas such as Ebisu with upmarket stores and Japanese restaurants.
